2. How Orders Work & Our Right of Cancellation

2.1. These Terms apply to all orders placed on our website and override any other terms.

2.2. When you place an order on our website, it represents an offer to purchase our products. The automated order acknowledgement email you get right after checkout does not mean your order has been officially accepted yet.

2.3. When the Contract is Formed: A legally binding contract is only formed when we have physically dispatched your order from our Malvern base and sent you a shipping confirmation email. Prior to dispatch, no formal contract exists between us.

2.4. Our Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order (or part of an order) at any time before it is dispatched for any reason. If we cancel your order after you have paid, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.
 

3. Protection Against Website Glitches & Stock Availability

3.1. Pricing Errors & Website Glitches: If a technical bug, system exploit, or software glitch accidentally lists items at an incorrect price (for example, if a bug sells 100 tops for £5.00), we are not required to fulfill that order. We will cancel the order immediately and return your money.

3.2. Stock Outages: All items are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable or runs out of stock before we prepare it for shipping, we reserve the right to cancel those unfulfillable items and refund you.
 

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

4.1. Online Minimum Order: To keep our prices highly competitive and offer trade-style rates directly to you, we have a strict minimum order rule online. To use the checkout on www.ukblankclothing.com or any of our digital stores (including Shopify or social media shops), your basket must contain a minimum of 5 individual items or at least 1 pre-packed bundle.

4.2. Order Overrides: We reserve the right to cancel any online order that manages to bypass this 5-item limit due to technical errors or system workarounds.

4.3. Trade Show & In-Person Exemption: This 5-item minimum rule applies strictly to online orders. It does not apply if you buy items from the UK Blank Clothing team face-to-face at a physical trade show, event, exhibition, or pop-up shop, where you can buy individual items based on local stock.
 

5. Product Descriptions

5.1. All product images, sizes, and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in fabric weight, colour shading, or sizing can happen during production.

5.2. Customised Items: Once items have been printed, embroidered, or modified by you or a third party, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
 

6. Shipping & Deliveries

6.1. Our standard delivery time across the UK is between 3 to 5 working days. This timeframe is an estimate, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6.2. External Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service strikes, weather conditions, or customs delays on international orders.

6.3. Risk: Responsibility for the products transfers to you as soon as the package is delivered to your designated shipping address.
 

7. Pricing and Taxes

7.1. Prices are displayed on our website and can change at any time. Prices exclude delivery fees and VAT, which are calculated and added during the checkout process.

7.2. We are not responsible for any international transaction fees, exchange rates, or bank charges added by your payment provider.
 

8. Liability & Everyday Use Disclaimer

8.1. Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

8.2. Business Losses: UK Blank Clothing is a supplier of blank garments and accessories. We are not liable for any business-related losses, lost profits, project delays, or designer contract failures caused by out-of-stock items or delivery delays.

8.3. Everyday Use Disclaimer: Our products are sold as standard, plain clothing and accessories. We are not responsible for everyday accidents, slips, trips, falls, or personal injuries that happen during normal daily wear or misuse of our products.

8.4. Maximum Liability Limit: The maximum amount we can be held liable for regarding any order will never be more than the exact total amount you paid us for those specific products.
 

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and any orders placed under them are governed entirely by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal claims must be handled through the courts of England and Wales.
